It’s festival time of year and GR is helping itself to a hefty chunk of the action. Make sure you keep Friday 8 - Sunday 10th July free for the best event of the summer.

We have use of the amazing and beautiful grounds of Tapeley Park for three quarters of a weekend and have plans in place to make the very most of it. Set in the North Devon countryside, Tapeley is a place with a suitably radical history, with William Morris being a frequent visitor.

So, with plans still taking shape, we can announce that Mark Thomas will be performing his Extreme Rambling (walking the wall) show. We will be organising a number of activism workshops on the issues GR is involved in and inviting other people and groups to put their work across. We’ll have Reel News doing film screenings (alongside chillout DJs). There will be art works from the Signs of Revolt exhibition. The G20 will come under scrutiny as we organise the mobilisation in the UK for the big protests planned in Nice & Cannes in October and November later this year. Josie Long will be there to entertain us.

Oh, and there’s going to be a bit of a party as well.

Admission to the event will be by advanced tickets only - NONE will be available on the door. It is open to everyone as long as you join the Another World is Possible Festival Club (cost 50p) when you buy a ticket. Tickets will be available shortly from this website.

There is limited space for people wishing to camp at the festival. Camping tickets will cost £30 (plus 50p membership). Day tickets will cost £15 (plus 50p membership).
