Picket the Parole Board, 12-2pm, Tuesday 3 April, John Islip Street, London SW1P (Nearest Tube is Victoria)

Satpal Ram was unjustly convicted of murder in 1987. He is a Bengali man who was attacked by a racist in a restaurant and was stabbed. He was forced to fought back with a knife. The racist died after refusing medical help. Though most defence witnesses at Satpal's trial spoke only Bengali, no interpreter was provided. Satpal has faced 13 years of racist abuse in prison. FTAA will remove any barriers to free trade and multinationals in the whole of North and South America.
