EU Summit Protests, Seville - Flights

GR logo

We are recommending that people fly to Madrid, and then travel down to Seville by coach - there is information about this on our main Seville page. This page gives more info about flights to Madrid, and to alternative destinations.

Remember the planned General Strike on Thursday 20 June when you make travel plans.

There are loads of different routes from the UK to Spain - if you know of any good ones, email them to the website. What follows are some suggestions.

Flying to Spain - Budget Airlines
These are the prices available in late May - they may change as flights are booked up. Cheapest flights may be at inconvenient times.

Luton to Malaga 126 to 186
Gatwick to Malaga 132 to 191
Liverpool to Madrid 111 to 141
Liverpool to Malaga 171 to 191
Buzz
Stansted to Jerez 200

Flying to Spain - Other Airlines
You may be able to get a cheap deal to Malaga on a charter flight - though you may need to stay in Spain for a set time, usually 7 or 14 days.

Check out Cheapflights, who have listings for lots of travel agents, including charter deals. You can book scheduled flights online through companies like Expedia, where flights to Malaga start at around 190 and flights to Madrid around 135.

Finally, there are flights to Seville's own airport. Expedia charge 230 to fly direct from Heathrow on Iberia, and 290 to fly via Geneva on Swiss Air - which takes hours longer.
