EVENTS DiARY March 2006

JAN FEB MAR APR MAY JUN JUL AUG SEP NOV DEC Regular Events
Wednesday 1st March 2006 - PM
London StopClimate Chaos EVENT

Stop Climate Chaos supporters will be carbon dating MPs, Lords and MP researchers asking them to call on Gordon Brown to deliver a 'carbon budget': a limit to how much carbon dioxide the UK can produce each year. In our carbon dating event, 700 members of the public will inform MPs, Lords and other parliamentarians of their concerns about climate change, with the MPs rotating around different groups similar to participants at a speed dating event! The event will be a chance to: Lobby lots of MPs! Dont worry, no experience needed. Be inspired by speakers from around the world facing the first warning signs of climate change. Meet supporters from across the Stop Climate Chaos coalition. If you want to join us on Wednesday 1st March, you can either: A. Download the flyer, complete the registration form and send it in. B. Send an email to: [email protected] and we will send you an email registration form to complete and return. Places are limited, and we are unable to admit people who havent registered for the event - so hurry if you want to take part.
